Cleaning and maintenance of a PVC floor
PVC is an emerging finish. In principle, we can only clean PVC floors and deep clean them. Deciding what to do is simple: is your floor flat? Then choose the pink pad for cleaning. Does your PVC floor have structure? Then clean it with a fibre pad! The use of chemistry is not necessary in this method. Use a normal amount of water, the floor should not be flooded!
Since in many cases a PVC floor is standardly finished with a PU layer, it is not the intention to strip these floors and polymers. When scratches occur in the PU finish, there are ways to repair this. This renovation of PVC floors boils down to scratching the existing PU finish, and re-applying it.
