Cleaning and sanding wooden floors

The Excentr Method makes working on a wooden floor accessible to any cleaning professional. Due to the perfect balance, constant pressure and movement, the risk of damage and method errors is considerably reduced. With the Excentr machines you can clean, sand and finish wooden floors. Always use the Excentr Dust Control Vacuum together with the Excentr Splash and Dust guard for low dust work.

Cleaning

En général, la méthode EXCENTR fonctionne avec moins d’eau – certes un grand avantage pour entretien de planchers en bois qui sont trop souvent sensibles à l’eau. Le nettoyage se fait en fonction du type et du degré de salissure avec les pads HARD MICRO et SOFT MICRO légèrement humidifiés. Chaque pad peut servir (chaque côté) pour environ 40 m2 (selon le degré de salissure). Les pads peuvent être légèrement brossés sous le robinet ou nettoyés au jet d’eau ; évitez de laver les pads en machine avec adoucissant.

Sanding

Sanding a wooden floor is known as a very specialized job. However, the Excentr machines make this specialism a lot more accessible. Because of the stability in movement, pressure and performance it is fairly easy to sand a wooden floor.

Finishing

After sanding it is possible to use the machine to distribute and rub in different oils and waxes. A big advantage is that the short movement of the machine makes the product less splash away and therefore there is little or no spatter. It is also possible to use the Diamond pads to mechanically compact the wood.
